What have they done? They have moved to brand new, modern offices that purposely only fit half of the firm's staff capacity (and they are growing!) so that you can be assured, you will never be moving back to the 5 day office week with them.

The role itself is split 70/30 in favour of audit but this can go up to 100% or down to 60% in favour of audit, it is a flexible split based on your preference.
This firm sits in the middle of the top 100 yet they still have a lot of IFRS clients and some are as large as £300m/400m in turnover.
There is a huge mix of sectors and this firm has DOUBLED in size in 4 years with the growth seemingly staying steady, even despite a pandemic hitting.
One of the Equity Partners I am working with joined as a Manager 5 years ago - that is quick progression! Another RI Director was a trainee 6 years ago.
You can make the jump up to Manager from AM or come in with some experience at the Manager level. Portfolios range from £250k-600k in fees (generally) and there is a clear track for progression - they will even list the goals to you after your interview.
On top of all of the above, they pay ABOVE market salary and they give you CORPORATE FINANCE exposure at all levels internally.
