This Corporate Tax Senior Associate position is with a fantastic award winning mid-sized practice based in Surrey which was set up almost 100 years ago and now consists of 9 Partners and over 100 staff in total. This firm is based in fantastic brand new offices that would rival the best spaces in the city, just a short walk from public transport links and with free parking on site.
The Corporate Tax Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Managers and Partners with the continuous expansion of the Practice, whilst reviewing the work of more junior members of the team along with some delegation of work. The Corporate Tax Assistant Manager will be expected to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, managing their own portfolio of clients. Within this role, you will also be expected to assist the Senior Managers and Partners with ad hoc planning and advisory projects as they arise. As an assistant manager, you are expected to build strong relationships with current and prospective clients in order to become a key point of contact within the firm, with an end goal of bringing on new business.

In order to successfully obtain this Corporate Tax Assistant Manager role, candidates will need to be CTA qualified with proven Corporate Tax experience within Practice. In addition to this, the candidate needs to be a good team player and a personable individual who can fit into the family feel culture to the firm. It would be beneficial if the applicant has some leadership experience, however, this is not a minimum requirement.
