We have partnered with this International Charity in search for an EDI Specialist Manager to take the lead in the implementation of the EDI Strategy.

As the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager you will…

  • Deliver the EDI strategy by working with departments heads and stakeholders to ensure EDI is embedded within the everyday activities in the charity
  • Work with the Head of HR to provide constant improvements and ways of best practice
  • Lead and drive the charity towards the strategy to keep in line with the People Plan
  • Design and implement strategies to support EDI within Recruitment, Best Practice, Compliance and general day to day activities

To be considered for the role of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager you will…

  • Have extensive EDI experience both strategically and on delivery
  • Be able to demonstrate positive outcomes from previous projects and show ability to lead and deliver
  • Ideally have worked within the Charity, NFP or Public Sector
