This leading US Law Firm has a strong global presence and offices across both the US, Asia and Europe with London being a key strategic point for growth.

With a lean funds team, you will get to work closely with the high-profile Partner and be a key player in helping to further grow this team's London presence in this fast-paced environment.

We maintain a strong relationship with this Firm having placed several individuals here.

The Role:

This Firms Funds team is market-leading and focuses predominately of private equity funds, although also encompasses hedge funds and real estate funds.

This client-facing role offers a high level of international work where you will be able to advise on a range of complex fund transitions including; private equity funds, formation of funds, investment in funds, fund restructurings, fund secondary transactions.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position as a Funds Lawyer will be a hard-working an ambitious individual who has a desire to work at a Firm with excellent investment and development opportunities.

A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c. 3-5 years PQE. Prior experience of advising on private equity funds from a UK or US Law firm with a reputable funds practice is required.
