Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support HR-related content in the form of employee tools, training and support as required for the evolving needs of the rapidly growing business in Fintech.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee questions. Escalate issue/questions to HR Manager as when needed.
  • Proactively manage benefit providers, brokers. Support benefit programmes development and pricing analysis, ensuring schemes/services meet the organisation and employees' needs.
  • Support the HR team to identifying, implementing, maintaining, and communicating benefit schemes/services that are current, competitive and in compliance with local legislation.
  • Ensure all benefit schemes/services are administered correctly and all required records are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain compliant personnel files for audit reviews and record keeping.
  • Support the administration of HRIS (BambooHR) and all employee life cycle matters relating to HR, ensuring these are timely and accurate and in adherence to company procedures.
  • Manage and track employee probations with line managers.
  • Maintain and update employee training and background checks along with the HR officer.
  • Coordinate employee appreciation events and programs such as new employee orientation, health and wellness incentives, and departmental trainings.
  • Ensure that all new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date.
  • Responsible for managing the payment procedure of member benefits and agency invoice.
  • Maintain the HR inbox and escalate queries where necessary.
  • Work alongside payroll to support any queries relating to absence, pay or benefits.
  • Asist with taking minutes or writing reports for any disciplinaries and grievances as and when necessary.
  • Support the HR team requirements as and when required.


  • HR officer or coordinator experience.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Educated to Degree-level or equivalent
  • Experience of fast-paced environments & start-up experience is essential.
  • Experience managing large-scale global employee benefit or pension administration programs, associated vendor management, and program development and delivery.
  • Strong administration skills, able to complete high volumes of tasks with accuracy and confidence.
  • Project management skills - ability to scope out and keep a project or task moving from start to finish desired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build excellent working relationships with stakeholders to ensure they are proactively engaged with HR procedures and processes.
  • Self-motivated, possess excellent planning skills and demonstrate high attention to detail, ensuring the GDPR and other compliance regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • You need to be an excellent team player who can work within a busy deadline environment.
  • To be able to work as part of a team and be results orientated.

In return, you will be offered commission on all your placements, a performance related bonus of up to 30 percent, and a wide range of other benefits. Please note, this role is 100 percent office based (subject to restrictions).
