- Corporation, tax
- Non-resident landlord income tax
- Withholding taxes
Alongside the opportunity to diversify your direct taxation experience (i.e. beyond siloed corporation tax alone), this role offers opportunities to gain experience in real estate tax structuring and experience of other tax jurisdictions. - Flexible, change-oriented personality with ambition and attention to detail.
- Charismatic and influential communicator - can develop into an advisory-focused role in future and influence entrepreneurial, senior-level stakeholders.
- Real estate experience is advantageous, but not essential. Given the breadth of the role and unique nature of the organisation, we expect the Assistant Tax Manager In-House to encounter a learning curve, regardless of background.
