I am currently looking for Project Manager and Process Improvement Manager to join UK Continuous Improvement function. This business is looking to standardise & optimise key processes and requires an experienced Project Manager to work as part of a small team to design and implement the new model, working alongside business subject matter experts. team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run workshops to understand the current landscape and the process needs of our operational, financial and excellence teams
  • Review the requirements of the business and map how they translate to the UK strategy
  • Analysis of business processes to ensure that processes and data have alignment
  • Identify risks and opportunities around current and proposed structures
  • Mapping of current processes against the design to identify impact and gaps; create mitigation for risks or propose amendments
  • Analysis and documentation of Processes within core systems, along with definition of field functionality and interaction with other supporting data
  • Creation of end to end processes ensuring that these deliver to the requirements of the risk and controls matrix in terms of enablement of an appropriate level of process controls
  • Ensure that design complies with all contractual and statutory legislation, including GDPR
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that project objectives and standards are met
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams in order to support the change strategy
  • Offer training and advice to users

Experience:

  • Appropriate BI or PM Qualification or equivalent experience in a project management or business improvement role
  • Must have managed process improvement activities at an organisational level & be able to demonstrate successful delivery
  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Strong Process Mapping Skills in Visio (experience of BPMN would be useful but not essential)
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Experience working in a multi system environment with an understanding of how those systems interact
  • Experience of cross-group collaboration
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
