Your role involves building close relationships to ensure delivery of high-quality transaction tax advice to FS clients. You will be commercially minded, and excellent communicator and experienced in mentoring junior staff to ensure technical excellence.
You will be ACA/CA/CTA/Law qualified or equivalent with significant International M&A tax and project management experience and dealing with all issues of the deal life cycle. You will be a team player with the ability to form excellent internal and external relationships.
