Operations and Admin Assistant

Part time (22.5 hours, 10am - 3pm 5 days PW)

London with Home Working

Up to £27,000 (Pro Rata)

Here at Pro-Recruitment Group we are looking for an Operations and Admin Coordinator to join the team and work across Operations to help the wider business continue to achieve success.

You will be working from 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday and in the office 1 day per week (Tuesdays)

You will be responsible for


  • Supporting the wider business and dealing with all related administrative tasks
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Setting up IT and user accounts
  • Setting up laptops/telephones
  • Go to user of CRM systems
  • Supporting with IT/Operational queries
  • Managing office contracts
  • Dealing with routine e-mails and telephone calls
  • Running MI reports
  • Organising company events
  • Formatting CV's


  • Creating HR Documents regarding employment and employee lifecycle
  • Creating new employees on HR System
  • Maintaining employment changes and records on HR system
  • General HR Admin as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working in within the Recruitment Industry is desirable
  • Experience using a recruitment CRM, ideally Bullhorn
  • Advanced IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, office 365
  • Proficient in IT systems and setup of users
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Project and time management skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, ever changing environment
  • Ability to problem solve
