Pro-Payroll has partnered with a World Leading Organisation within the NFP sector who are seeking a Payroll Manager, with experience running a small team processing both weekly and monthly payrolls.

In this role, you will be responsible for…
Managing the payroll team whilst process the full start to finish weekly and monthly payroll.

  • Manage the payroll process ensuring smooth running of all payroll operations
  • Provide effective line management of and support the Payroll Officer
  • Responsible for Reporting, Reconciliations, Compliance, Relationship Management and Project Support
  • Lead on all Pension related matters

You will be perfectly suited for this role if you have…

  • Comprehensive operational knowledge of both monthly and weekly payroll
  • Previous experience of managing a small team
  • In depth Payroll legislation knowledge and significant experience of payroll process and procedures
