This Private Client Tax Assistant Manager role is with an outstanding boutique Practice with 50 staff in total spanning across 3 offices. With growth figures of 40% in the past 5 years the business has had great success in winning new business, all of which has come from word of mouth as they do not advertise. Within this position, you will be joining a team of 10 in the Winchester office where you will report into the Senior Manager.
As a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of HNWIs spanning across a variety of sectors including but not limited to: agriculture, landed estates, OMB's, estates, trusts and SMEs, providing both compliance and advisory services. You will be expected to build strong professional relationships with current and prospective clients with the end goal of winning new projects. As an Assistant Manager, there is also a leadership element to the role, you will be expected to delegate and assist more junior members of the team with their compliance work and personal development.

In order to obtain this Private Client Tax Assistant Manager position you will need experience working with HNWIs in Practice. In addition to this you will need to be at least ATT qualified and preferably CTA qualified. It would be greatly beneficial if you were to have trusts experience however this is not required. You will also need to be a personable individual who can work well within a team.
