Having sustained years of consistent growth in revenues and headcount, you'll have more than enough resources at your disposal to deliver on the work brought in.
A Partner in its truest sense, you'll be expected to be market and client facing; introducing new revenues to the business using your own network and the portfolio internally. You'll be expected to proactively go to market, identifying opportunities for the business to continue its growth.
While a following isn't expected, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to win new clients, retain existing client and define a strategy to continue growing.
The business is only interested in the most proven and successful candidates. This could be at the top end of Directorship in your current firm or an already established Partner.
