Your role as a Private Equity Associate:

• As this is a less transaction focused role you will have the benefits of working within a top US firm whilst still maintain a work/life balance
• Working with portfolio companies owned by Private Equity sponsors globally
• Manage portfolio companies and provide day-to-day legal advice on a broad array of legal queries
• Strong focus on client relationships including managing relationships, client requests and helping build future clients
• Assistance in preparing exit and bolt-on transactions including liaising with the deals team

This opportunity to become a Private Equity Associate with less focus on transactional matters is perfect for an ambitious individual:

• Has excellent academic background
• 3/4 PQE experience within a private equity group
• Strong knowledge of private equity matters
• Has the desire to be in a client facing role
