Procure to Pay Process Lead: Up to £46,500, London - Remote

For a global healthcare organisation, we're recruiting a Procure to Pay Process Lead. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation the P2P Process Lead will own the end-to-end process and will lead the optimisation of the process across the global partnership. The P2P Process Lead will define the vision and strategy for the P2P process and will implement plans globally.

Main Duties:

  • Design and implement strategic P2P transformation globally
  • Design and implement process maps, objectives, and projects
  • Lead process decision-making and goal setting and implement governance framework
  • Standardise and streamline end-to-end P2P processes and process controls and global process standards
  • Establish and track process measures and improve process efficiency, quality and KPIs
  • Develop rolling 3-year technology roadmap for the O2C process
  • Develop process- focused training and guidance material for stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • Experience with strategy formulation and execution for global Procure to Pay end-to-end processes
  • Experience with shared services implementation
  • Experience with designing and designing business processes using BPMN standards
  • Experience with developing and delivering training programmes
  • Accounting qualification and project management certification
  • Ideally Lean / Six Sigma certifications
