Project Manager | up to £45,000 + Benefits | London (12-month FTC)

For a global NGO who are undergoing digital transformation, we are recruiting a Project Manager on a 12-month FTC basis. Reporting to the Director of Data and Digital Transformation, this role manage full project life cycles ensuring delivery to time and budget. This role will lead best-practice and liaises closely with stakeholders and project sponsors. The Project Manager will work with the BI Team, GIS, Governance, IT Teams, and the Call Centre to help support the organisation on improving customer journey from small pathway changes to larger projects, APIs and process improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate planning meetings to organise implementation activities in a project plan, ensuring objectives are translated to project actions and milestones to include KPIs, benefits and risks
  • Business analysis and business requirements definition partnering a range of stakeholders
  • Developing business cases to support decision-making
  • Weekly updates of project action logs, status reports, risks, and issues
  • Track and report on project performance to senior stakeholders and Board
  • Maintain benefits realisation and tracking register
  • Run project scoping, requirements and lessons learnt workshops
  • Create SOPs, policies, PIDs and other project documentation

What you'll offer us:

  • Experience delivering IT, Digital or transformation projects
  • Prince2 or other methodology
  • Ideally experience from NHS or other healthcare environments
  • Experience with APIs, FHIR APIs, HL7 Messaging
  • Experience integrating digital tools with EPR
  • RFP experience
  • Process improvement analysis and implementation
