Rare US / UK Private Client Tax Trainee - Remote Working

This excellent opportunity comes from a boutique firm is an independent UK/US tax consultancy practice based in London which has been steadily growing since 2003.

They specialise in preparing personal Tax returns for non-UK nationals and UK based US citizens.

They are currently looking for a tax trainee wanting career progression working within a new team servicing new and existing clients.

General Duties - include but are not limited to the following:

  • Analysis and data inputting using Excel and specialised UK & US tax software
  • Liaising with clients and various tax authorities as & when required
  • Handling private & confidential data
  • Keeping computer records up to date
  • Basic administrative duties such as record keeping & invoice reminders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required as part of the role

Personal Requirements:

  • A-Levels (or equivalent) in Maths & English
  • Good numeracy & communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail & well organised
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Word & Excel
  • Can use own initiative as and when needed
  • Prior experience preferred (but not essential) within a professional setting
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
