- Have you led of a full life-cycle end to end implementation for a global organisation including design, configuration and implementation?
- Are you certified in Employee Central, On boarding and recruitment?
- Do you have functional design analysis with implementation of cross suite models?
This is a 6 month assignment(daily rate inside IR35) for a global organisation in central London
- Lead and assist in the selection, implemention planning, fit analysis, testing, roll out and post-implementation support of the SuccessFactors modules
- Support the Global Head of HR Systems with Implementation strategy, operational metrics, business case development and performance management
- Supporting the design of detailed end-to-end solution design and processes supported by SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Work alongside HRIS product owner to ensure the solutions proposed align with business requirements and existing system configuration
