Are you currently at the Senior Manager or Director level? Do you consider yourself a strong, general practitioner? How does a step straight to Partner sound?
My client is a 10 Partner practice based just outside of London, they are on the lookout for generalist Partner to join the firm for progression purposes.
The Senior Partners are retiring, other Partners are becoming Senior Partners and they need to find the next generation of Partner below them - in order to secure a good future for the firm and their own retirement.
This firm covers a great mix of clients and services, it's one of the largest practices in the area and the culture is very welcoming.
As a Partner you will:
- Be on track for equity within 5 years
- Be able to work across a mixture of service lines
- Be involved in a fair amount of BD and growing the overall portfolio
- Have a team of 40 or so staff at your disposal
If this sounds like something you would like to find out more about, give me a shout on 020 7269 6357 or send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
