Tax Performance Manager - Risk & Governance

This is first and foremost a dynamic advisory led role, helping clients improve their tax performance, provide assurance to tax authorities over their tax operations as well as win tax transparency awards on the global stage.

This is an incredible opportunity for a very ambitious and entrepreneurial tax professional to have full autonomy over their clients, work diaries, and strategy to market in order to implement winning tax strategies and streamlined processes.

With the flexibility of working environment and very often not office based, this position also promises the candidate very quick progression within the team.

Ideally you will have experience within finance and tax performance improvement and have an aptitude for large scale projects including an understanding across some of the following;

  • Tax strategy and organisation design
  • Tax strategy development and roll out
  • Tax function benchmarking
  • Redesign of the tax operating model
  • Governance and control
  • Tax risk review
  • Tax risk framework
  • Senior Accounting Officer ('SAO')
  • Performance improvement
  • Process and data improvement
  • Tax and finance transformation
  • Technology selection and implementation
  • Automation
