A top 20 firm with ambitious growth plans is looking to add an experienced Manager to their General Practice team. Sponsorship can be offered to candidates who are already in the UK, and those coming from a 100% audit background will also be considered.
The St Albans office work with an incredibly impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to large international groups across various sectors, property investment, manufacturing, retail, charities, and NFP clients.
The firm have had a series of new business wins and are keen to find a Manager to help lead and develop the St Albans general practice team.
What is great about this Audit and Accounts Manager role?
- Salary of £55,000 - £65,000 pa
- Remote and Flexible Working
- 25 days annual leave - increasing with length of service
- Buy/Sell up to 5 days holidays
- 5% Contributory Pension

What will this Audit and Accounts Manager role entail?
- Managing a client portfolio of c.£500k-£600k
- Split of role is 60% Audit, 40% Accounts and Tax
- Acting as key contact for those clients, delivering on multiple assignments to agreed deadlines alongside the Partners
- Managing projects fully and to budget
- Training and development of Junior team members
What will you need to succeed in this Audit and Accounts Manager role?
- ACA or ACCA Qualification
- UK practice experience
- Experience managing a varied portfolio of clients
This is progressive role which can develop long term for ambitious candidates.
