The department is regularly called upon by a large network of referrers to handle complex Financial Litigation matters, often involving a significant cross-border element. In addition to its mainstream Banking Litigation remit, the Team also advises clients on Regulatory Litigation.
As the department expands, an additional need has arisen for a 1-4 PQE Banking Litigation Associate. The successful applicant will join a team and a firm with an excellent culture and ethos, designed specifically to ensure that individuals are valued and afforded opportunities to work on high-calibre matters whilst also enjoying an element of work/life balance that eludes larger City practices. The successful applicant will have gained solid experience in a broad range of Banking and Financial Services Litigation work, either at a leading City, International, or Regional practice, and will be keen to further develop their experience within a smaller City firm with a greater degree of direct access to partners and major clients.
