Client Manager/ Partner Designate

Salary:- £70,000 to £89,999

Job Location:- London

My client is a growing, boutique Accountancy firm in North West London who are currently undergoing the acquisition of another firm.

They are on the lookout for a Client Manager/ Accounts & Audit Manager or Senior Manager to step into an important role; looking after the work of two Partners, delegating it out to the team and effectively, making way for the Partners to bring in more work - eventually enabling this individual to gravitate to Partnership themselves.

There is a lot of enjoyable work flowing in for someone at this level, for instance;

Tax Advisory Projects
Corporate Finance Projects
BD - Pitches & Planning
General Business Decisions and Growth Plans

A split of audit is optional and no prev. audit experience is required although it would be a nice to have.

The role is somewhat customisable, as is level, title and package.

Flexibility is available - with a hybrid working system of 2-3 days from home each week.

This person will ideally be a good communicator, with a practice background and an ambitious attitude.
