The department has been on a growth drive for some time now, expanding as the strength of its client base continues to increase. At present, further associate capacity at between 2-4 PQE is a priority for the Corporate group.
The successful applicant will join a collegiate and supportive team, and will enjoy access to a broad and diverse workload. Lawyers within this group are expected to advise across the full life-cycle of transactions, and the Firm welcomes those with an entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to further assist the growth of the Corporate group.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of experience in high-calibre Corporate work, ideally with tangible examples of experience in M&A and JV work. The opportunity would best suit an associate from a City practice who is keen to broaden their remit within Corporate work, or an individual who is relocating from a leading regional practice and who is keen to retain a broad and diverse workload.
