Are you a qualified accountant with Transactions experience? Keen to gain exposure to a broader suite of Corporate Finance services? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. One of our Top 40 accountancy clients is building out their Corporate Finance practice and seeking a new team member at Assistant Manager level. The firm operates in the SME space and provides services to start-ups and family-run businesses, large organisations, and divisions of multi-national corporations.

The role:

This is a varied role which will involve working on projects including financial due diligence, valuations, bank lending reviews, and assisting clients with acquisitions, sales or mergers. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist on larger/complex transactions, taking more of a leading role on smaller transactions.

I am keen to hear from people with the following profile:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • 3-4 years relevant professional experience - could be trained in audit with post qualification experience in corporate finance
  • Preparation of due diligence reports is essential, experience in producing valuation reports is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
