Are you a qualified accountant with Transactions experience? Keen to gain exposure to a broader suite of Corporate Finance services? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. One of my Top 20 clients is building out its Corporate Finance practice and seeking a new team member at Manager level. The firm operates in the SME space and specialises in mid-market level deals with a value up to £100m.

The role:

This is a varied role which will involve working on projects including M&A, MBO / MBI, Growth Capital Raising transactions and Due Diligence on both buy and sell side transactions. As a Manager, you will support Directors and Partners in managing and executing a wide range of deals and transactions, whilst also coordinating the work of Junior Executives in the team. Your role will be client facing, involving meeting new and existing clients to discuss exit and growth strategies and pitch for work.

Requirements:

I am keen to hear from people with the following profile:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience - could be trained in audit with min 2 years post qualification experience in corporate finance
  • Preparation of due diligence reports is essential, experience in producing valuation reports is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing junior staff
