The department contains several notable partners with outstanding individual reputations in the London market, with clients including major multi-nationals from a range of industry sectors including Real Estate, TMT, and Private Equity.
Levels of busyness within the team continue to increase, and an additional junior to mid-level associate with experience across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment work is now required to help support the partners in further developing the existing offering.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of knowledge and experience in Employment law, gained within a comparable department at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice. The Firm are able to provide high-calibre work under the supervision of leading names within the Employment field, alongside solid remuneration and a working environment that is both collaborative and forward-thinking.
Applicants will benefit from a linear departmental structure, and will enjoy a level of access to partners and clients not readily on offer within larger Employment teams. Most importantly, the department functions as a standalone entity rather than as a support function for Corporate transactions, so applicants can be assured of a broad and diverse workload with regular opportunities to become involved in substantial Employment Litigation matters.
