The successful individual will need;
- To be between 3-5 years PQE
- Experience within a rated Employment team in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- To be flexible minded and keen to take on a broad workload and spread of matters
- To be driven and a personable individual
Relationships with clients are key for this team and Associates are encouraged to make the most of client secondments on a regular basis, of which currently includes; John Lewis, MoD, and Fidelity. The team offer genuine flexibility, with most people within the team working one day from home a week.
