Joining this team will allow you to build on both your technical and client skills, whilst working on a range of different employment matters. As you will become part of the largest legal network, you will have access to Top Tier clients, including a number of FTSE 100 businesses. Client secondments are both frequent and encouraged to enhance your commercial skills and to work with business to better understand their needs and the implications on the wider business, enabling you to give key individuals the best advice.
Your work will be an overall even mix of advisory and litigation, as well as assisting with in house legal matters for the firm, which will provide you with a strong platform for an in-house move later in your career if you wished. The team are best placed and therefore leaders in the analysis of gender pay issues and have been at the centre of some of the largest issues surrounding this area that has been broadcasted in the press.
The team are friendly, supportive and provide a flexible platform whereby you work as a team to suit individual needs. There is no room for ego's in this environment and fee-earners are given the trust to choose their own working hours and location to suit each persons lifestyle.
The Head of Employment is looking for a qualified Employment lawyer who;
- Is between 1-3 years PQE
- Has a passion for employment law
- Is keen to get stuck in with clients from day one
- Has a background of working on a broad mix of employment matters and is keen to keep a broad workload.
