The role

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our administration team and provide support for the general business. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Formatting CVs and all other documents
  • Running weekly and monthly reports
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with routine e-mails and telephone calls
  • Covering the office reception
  • Diary management
  • Supporting Senior Managers and Directors on projects
  • Assisting the Marketing Team (including managing Social Media, event management etc.)
  • A variety of other administrative tasks such as booking travel arrangements, running company's errands, distributing correspondence, office supplies maintenance.

Previous experience in:

  • Working in the Recruitment Industry (desirable but not required)
  • Working in an office environment (highly desirable)
  • Using CRM software, particularly Bullhorn (desirable but not required)


  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills
