What's the Role?

A faith-based nation-wide organisation is recruiting a Finance Systems Project Manager on a 12-month FTC basis. You'll be:

  • Supporting the successful implementation of various transformations through the Finance Team using operational change management models and IT tools
  • Supporting the work of the Director of Finance and Resources focusing on reviewing and changing the team's systems and processes - specifically the payroll system
  • Project managing change initiatives of finance processes and systems
  • Researching and analysing options in defined areas and identifying the implications of proposals and decisions
  • Conducting detailed process maps to help direct the review of finance systems and processes and to determine the data and MI reporting needs
  • Integrating change management activities into project plans
  • Presenting recommendations for decision making by SMT

What will you bring to this role?

  • Experience of change management and project management
  • Experience of implementing a payroll system
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle
  • Exposure in gathering business and functional requirements
  • Evidence of documenting and analysing complex business processes
