The in-house legal team works on a range of exciting projects, which have an impact on company's brands around the world. While a majority of work is dealt with from the head office in London, for anything requiring local knowledge, they use their extensive network to work with local experts, therefore excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
You will be joining a team of experienced solicitors, which enjoy a collaborative approach towards their work but equally, you will still be expected to take responsibility for a large amount of work without any assistance.
Ideally, the General Counsel requires an experienced commercial contracts solicitor, qualified in the UK (or equivalent) with 3-6yrs PQE whether that is gained in-house or working for a law firm where you've had a lot exposure to a range of commercial and corporate contracts.
Due to the nature of the gaming sector, a keen interest in the tech industry is paramount, while an interest in sports would be a major advantage due to their client base.
The General Counsel is really engaging and is keen to work with people that are keen to up-skill, able to work in an ever-changing environment and not afraid to work in a fast yet efficient manner.

Apart from a competitive salary, you will also be offered flexible working arrangements and a discretionary bonus up to 25% of your annual salary.
