International & Transactional Tax Manager - Big 4 Edinburgh

The Client

I am working alongside the Partners of this Big 4 Accountancy Firm to expand their ever growing International Tax Services practice, with the addition of an International Tax Manager for their FS team. This is the largest FS practice in the UK servicing an EMEA market providing incredible Europe-wide tax advisory projects.

This international and transactional tax team advises a wide range of clients across the Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors, including having advised on many high-profile transactions and deals reported in the press over the past few years with top FS multinationals.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced corporate tax professional who is interested within the area of FS, not necessarily with a lot of specific FS experience.

This is a hugely dynamic team who have seen a record number of in team promotions recently within a firm which is repeatedly ranked as 'best place to work', therefore I would need someone who can integrate quickly into the team to go forward and not only be highly diligent and technical with their approach but also build new client relationships and win further work.

The Remuneration

With an excellent package including a car allowance on top, salaries are some of the most competitive in the market.
