The organisation is very supportive in terms of training and working conditions; you will always have the opportunity to work as part of a team but the ability to handle a high profile caseload on your own is imperative.
The advice you will give will involve commercial matters and public law issues within a regulatory capacity, which means the stakeholders you interact with will be varied, from people working within public bodies to those working within the private sector.
To be considered for the role, you will need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister of England & Wales (or equivalent)
- Experience of competition law, litigation, human rights and regulatory law
- Excellence communication skills
This opportunity will last for up to a year, with the potential to collaborate on opportunities outside of the immediate team.
Should you not match all the skill requirements, please still get in touch as demonstrable experience which aligns with their needs may also be useful.
