We are working with a reputable Top 10 firm who are currently seeking a driven and dedicated Outsourcing Manager to join their Bristol team.

Your role as an Outsourcing Manager

• As the Outsourcing Manager, you will be overseeing the finance processes, month end close process, consolidation, and management reporting for your portfolio of clients.
• Your role will include managing relationships with your clients at a senior level.
• You will supervise the delivery of compliance activities to your portfolio of clients.
• You will also liaise with external auditors on the review and audit of your clients.
• Develop and mentor the team to ensure targets are met accurately and in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong management skills and the ability to develop staff.
• Experience to advise on and implement financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Experience working with clients in Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate Funds, Pensions and Financial Services would be desirable but not essential.
