We are collaborating with a fast-growing firm based in Central London who are actively looking for a Payroll Administrator. This team has a strong focus on providing clients with exceptional service and developing their staff.

Your role as a Payroll Administrator:

  • Working alongside the Payroll Supervisor, you will be involved in providing payroll services and payroll admin support to a portfolio of clients
  • This will include setting up new PAYE schemes, new payrolls, processing starters and leavers and administration of all statutory payments
  • You will also be responsible for dealing with manual tax, national insurance and statutory payment calculations
  • You will liaise with Partners, other members of the firm, clients and third-party organisations regarding payroll matters
  • This business' goal is to double the team over the next few years and have excellent opportunities for progression

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Experience of using IRIS Bureau Payroll software
  • CIPP qualified preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and the ability build strong relationships with clients and the teams
