Personal Tax Manager – Winchester

Our client is looking for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Personal Tax Team and will report directly to the firms Directors. The successful candidate should be responsible and proactive in dealing with their clients' compliance and advisory needs, bringing in colleagues for support where appropriate. This is a key role within the Personal Tax department, and you will be required to manage a portfolio of private clients including preparation and management of tax returns and dealing with advisory matters relating primarily to those clients. Portfolios include high net worth individuals and a varying degree of complexity tailored to the successful candidates' particular strengths.

This role is suited to a highly ambitious individual who will work as part of an experienced team of personal tax managers in an independent firm. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully take leadership within the team and should be able to confidently and professionally deal with high-net-worth clients and other professional advisors. The candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of client development and asset acquisition.
