We are seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager or Director who is looking to take on a challenge and be a leader in a Top 20, Award winning firm.

• Working closely with notable Partners

You will be:

• Leading delivery of the compliance with minimal Partner oversight on multiple projects.
• Determines and explains roles, sets out expectations and responsibilities, empowers and motivates team members to deliver.
• Known internally and externally for key specialisms. Building profile by speaking, articles etc.
• Confidently interacts with HMRC regarding complex issues on behalf of clients.
• Working closely with Partners in making clients aware of relevant developments.
• Respected by Partners and other Managers for professional judgement and actively sought for opinion.
• Influences decision making and offers constructive suggestions to resolve operational problems.

In order to be successful, you must:

• Have an organised approach and good record keeping skills.

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering quality whilst being commercially minded.
• Maintain in depth, up to date knowledge of taxation
• Be CTA qualified with recent and relevant experience.

• Have the ability to manage a small client portfolio, including high net worth individuals.
• Display a flexible, professional approach and have the confidence and ability to establish credibility with Partners and clients.
