Sat within a medium sized City firm, the real estate team make up the engine room to the firm and are considered to be very much specialists in what they do. Their growth is fully supported and focus on the development of their junior Associates, aiming to progress technical as well as commercial skills.
The team focus on a full breadth of commercial property matters, focusing on their key focus sectors; Hotels and Leisure, Housing, Office, Retail and Student Housing. With the team now having produced some of the most respected Senior Lawyers in the market, they are now looking to start the build and plan for succession at the junior end.
Although at a junior level, Associates are given a voice and given great client responsibility and exposure from the outset, because of this they seek confident and personable individuals. This individual will gain particular exposure within real estate investment, development and finance.
The ideal candidate will be;
- Driven and passionate about the Real Estate sector
- 1-3 years PQE
- Looking for first hand client exposure and responsibility
- Commercial with a strong academic background
