We will of course nurture, train and advise, so all Consultants have excellent support. Each division is headed up by an experienced Director or Manager, we have hand-picked these leaders in order to help each Consultant in their specific sector, they are highly networked and best placed to ensure you are successful in whichever sector you choose to work within.

All Consultants in the business operate with their own portfolio of clients; each Consultant is responsible for these client relationships and upon joining there will always be some warm clients if not a completely warm desk. In certain areas of our business the market is very strongly focused towards candidate generation and therefore we operate a 25% split fee to encourage the entire firm to generate candidates, and everyone's hard work gets rewarded. Above all, the working atmosphere is successful, fast-paced and fun. It's a vibrant place to work and all teams work closely together so you have the support of your colleagues.
