There are literally thousands of recruitment firms that you can choose from to work for and I'm sure that many have very good benefits, clients and staff. So why Pro-Group? Well firstly this advert is being written by me, Pat Keogh, the Managing Director and founder of the Pro-Recruitment Group. Despite being a medium sized recruitment firm employing over 50 staff I don't sit in an ivory tower and watch from afar, quite opposite, I actually sit on the sales floor with everyone else. I do this as I still recruit for a small number of key clients, so I'm still at the sharp end of recruitment. Likewise, I am heavily involved in every recruit that comes through the door, be that a Director or Trainee. The company was built upon solid foundations and as we grow those pillars remain in place today.
