Reward & Share Schemes – London Tax Manager

I am working alongside a rapidly expanding Tax Reward Team, housed within their People Advisory Services Department.

Either a Reward and Share Scheme expert or an Employment Tax professional wanting to specialise the role will see you managing a portfolio of clients from HNWI to larger private equity backed companies.

Liaising with efficiency and clarity to your client you will be advising on all employee remuneration, incentives and reward plans.

Confident within areas of employee share schemes including EMI, employer shareholder status, growth shares and entrepreneurial relief you will find that the team also works closely with the Transactional Team and International Tax teams to advise on UK based multinationals.

A close team, you will be expected to liaise with partners whilst mentoring and supporting junior staff.
