My client, a globally renowned boutique firm, are looking for a bright, diligent and hands on Reward Manager. This is a team that over the past 3 years has seen high double digit growth year on year and has incredibly strong plans to carry on this trajectory through 2022. As a result, the team are continuing to expand and they are keen to add a technically strong and also dynamic tax manager.

This team work on a broad range of clients on all aspects of employee remuneration including:

designing and implementing share and cash-based management incentive plans,
advising on management structuring on M&A and restructuring transactions including carried
interest arrangements,
due diligence on transactions,
assisting clients with compliance and reporting requirements,
undertaking employee communications,
advising on cross boarder issues relating to share based remuneration
