A client of ours, an exciting start-up firm, which has won plenty of business recently is keen to bring in a Senior Accounts Manager to the team, to manage a portfolio of clients, being the first point of contact, working in a small, close-knit team, reporting into the Director of the business.

You will have the opportunity to work in a remote position, liaising with clients via Teams and phone and won't be expected in the office (unless you want to be) The office location is London.

Details of the role

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Onboarding the clients onto Xero and liaising with them on any issues we have
• Preparation of year-end financial statements
• Providing tax services to clients
• Reviewing the work of the juniors in the team
• Business development moving forward

What you'll need to succeed

• You will ideally be fully qualified
• Experience of managing a busy client portfolio
• Financial statement preparation and review experience
• Strong financial reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills for client liaison
• Strong business acumen, the firm is keen for this person to get involved with BD in the future
