One of the UK's most recognised and reputable national health charities are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their Individual Giving team on a permanent basis. This is a superb role that will be responsible for developing and integrating extensive marketing campaigns to support the organisation's large-scale fundraising income. The Senior Marketing Executive will be expected to utilise excellent campaign marketing experience to assist donation income and help surpass fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Marketing Executive will be expected to deliver and monitor integrated marketing and single channel campaigns in line with the team's targets
  • The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the creative process from preparation to delivery
  • The Senior Marketing Executive will need to be ensuring great supporter experience is achieved and maintained.
  • Work collaboratively internally and externally to expand on the ways people can engage with the charity
  • Create segmented communications that target prospective donors
  • Manage campaigns and programme delivery
  • Make sure all communications and content are compliant with fundraising legislation

Key Skills:

  • A degree or professional qualification in marketing or communications is highly desirable (IDM/CIM)
  • Experience in marketing fundraising or a charity organisation is highly desirable
  • Must have demonstrable experience of creating end to end comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
  • Need too posses excellent numerical and analytical skills to be evaluate and analyse campaigns accurately
  • Must have successful experience of marketing agency management
  • Need to have demonstrable relationship management experience and success
  • Must have demonstrable experience of leading campaigns and programs
  • Experience of the following is highly desirable: media partnerships, above line, tv adverts, digital marketing and video marketing
  • A strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and PPC is very desirable
