This is a completely new role and they are not looking for the finished article, if you are an experienced Senior/AM/Manager - my client would probably like to discuss what role would work and create the position based on both parties preferences!
If you are looking to drop the client management and become a solid support function within the office, that's fine! Or if you are looking to manage a smaller, city-based portfolio but be available as a technical aide - that's also feasible. It's a blank sheet of paper for you to work on.
