Our Charities and Not for Profit division is expanding rapidly and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Placing Finance and HR professionals into the sector, you will support our Consultants in matching on specific roles via building strong relationships with candidates on our database, using job boards to advertise and CV search, interview and register as well as using Linkedin to reach out to more passive candidates in the marketplace.
You will also be responsible for generating business leads for our Consultants to follow up as well as building a strong database of candidates and business contacts. You will need to pitch your candidates to our Consultants as well as market your candidates by mailshot and phone to find suitable roles.
The Charity sector is an exciting and diverse sector and is one of the few sectors that actually grew in the large recession. The team is fun, committed and high performing and you will receive excellent training and support and work with some very experienced Consultants.
