TRANSFER PRICING DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
This Organisation is one of our most closely-integrated partners, who has us searching on a retained basis for an exceptional Transfer Pricing Director. In the last 12 months, we have worked with this business in their acquisitions of other firms and provided them with an impressive Corporate Tax Partner.
Following a recent and significant injection of further funding and impressive year-on-year growth, this is very much a forward-thinking business. The growth targets they have stipulated for the next three years are substantial, and as a team we have repeatedly observed their meritocracy of reward for exceptional employees.
With a remarkably growing portfolio across the board following a recent senior addition to the Corporate Tax team, the International Tax service is now a priority for further investment. Current team pressure revolves around reactive business need, which is already at approximately £250,000 without a proactive channel.
Transfer Pricing Director: The Opportunity
The successful candidate will work in close-knit with the Corporate Tax Partners, who will be equally focused on YOY Growth for International Tax. Initially, the clients you'd be working with are largely US-parented companies, across a broad range of industries, so industry specialism isn't a necessity.
The role will initially feature a reactive emphasis to deliver on current projects. Following successful delivery on existing projects, the successful candidate will introduce an increasingly proactive business emphasis to engage clients and drive revenue. In this sense, we would expect this person to progress as quickly as they are able to keep-up, on what is a clear trajectory towards Partner.
The Successful Candidate
Essentially, the successful candidate will feature:
- Interpersonal gravitas and competitiveness
- Technical strength and confidence in running projects to handle reactive business
- A proactive business development mindset to deliver against future growth targets
- ACA & CTA Qualified (or equivalent)
While we'd be attentive not to rule out a potentially successful applicant, profiles of particular interest here will be those from the Big 4/Top 10, most likely at Director or Senior Manager level.
The successful candidate will be fully supported by the Partnership and given the full resource to make every success of this opportunity, with progression a realistic and rapid expectation.
