An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transfer Pricing Director to join a mid-sized, London-based practice. Having worked with the team closely for a number of years, placing a Corporate Tax Partner in late 2017 and introducing a merger, I've seen first-hand the intent of the organisation to continue driving forward.
Coming off consecutive years of double-digit growth, the practice has identified its Transfer Pricing unit as one for investment which has brought around this opportunity.
To date, the focus has been on broad UK and International Corporate Tax, with Transfer Pricing being a bolt-on service for their clients. Moving forward, this independent practice is looking to proactively assist its multinational clients to reduce tax burdens and maximise profits but need your expertise to help them do so.
You'd have a keen understanding of the tax regulations and technical aspects of the transfer pricing market, having advised on large corporate structures, which you could bring to the table. Working closely with two Corporate Tax Partners, you'll have a full support structure around you and given the autonomy to build and develop a team.
Initially, the role will be one of delivery, advising current clients on their structures and getting involved with your team doing the work. However, as a clear Partner-track role, a medium-long term business development expectation would rest on your shoulders and you'll be required to proactively approach the market in growing the revenues of the practice.
If you are a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, looking for a step up to Director in a role that requires ambition and will to succeed, in a competitive environment with substantial Partner support and growth, get in touch now.
