In a candidate short market where lots of business are looking for similar level candidates we were faced with the challenge of identifying candidates that fit not only the technical specification but also the personality of the department whilst remaining within the budget allocated to the role.
Having partnered with another arm of the business previously we knew the business well and were able to hit the ground running and act as an extension of the business from the start of the project.

Given the shortage of candidates on the market I kept in constant communication with the business and was able to present people that they had not previously considered.
By working efficiently and keeping communication channels open we were able to fill the role within five weeks of taking the job spec. The candidate has now been with the business 18 months and has continued to excel in the role.
