This fantastic Top 15 firm based in Leeds city centre are actively seeking an Accounts Manager to join their growing accounts department.

This is a client facing, fast paced role which includes advisory elements and often deals with high-net worth clients. This team boasts successful and achievable progression, an open and friendly culture and continuous development.

Your role as an Accounts Manager:

  • Working predominantly with OMBs and clients across a variety of sectors.
  • Supervising the preparation of year-end financial statements, work planning and annual timetabling and overseeing junior members of the team.
  • Building and developing relationships with both clients and other members of the department.
  • Working on Ad Hoc projects and providing advisory assistance.
  • Providing leadership to the accounts team and continuous the growth and development of more junior members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACCA / ACA qualified.
  • An individual who is already in a Management position or top end Assistant Manager who is looking for a step up.
  • Experience of preparing year end accounts using software such as CCH.
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Desire to support and mentor more junior members of the team.
